Appointment Policy

Scheduling

All meetings are by appointment, available daily from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. You can request an appointment through the website form, by email at pactummultiservice@gmail.com, or by phone at (215) 954-1076. We confirm every appointment before it is final.

Changes and cancellations

Life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible — ideally at least 24 hours ahead — so we can offer the time to another client.

Remote meetings

We serve clients across North America. Most appointments can be held by phone or video call, so you do not need to be in Philadelphia to work with us.

Preparation

To make the most of your time, have any relevant documents ready before your appointment. We will tell you in advance what is needed for your service.
